Monitor outstanding debt
Follow company dunning process
Escalate overdue accounts
Escalate areas of concern
Post daily cash receipts
Allocate daily cash receipts
Process customer payments
Complete new customer account applications
Resolve customer queries
Resolve billing queries
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Provide excellent customer service
Maintain credit control disciplines
