Must Have
5+ years of progressive and successful experience in collections or accounts receivable management, Bachelor's degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, communication and negotiation skills, Leadership and team management abilities, Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, Knowledge of financial regulations and debt collection practices, Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy, Understanding of credit policies and collection laws, Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting, written and verbal communication skills, project management and organization skills
Nice to Have
3+ years leadership experience in a collections or finance-related role, certifications in credit and collections management
