What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, 3–5 years of progressive credit, financial analysis, or related experience, Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret financial statements and credit reports, working knowledge of credit risk principles and internal controls, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis), written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly, Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, High attention to detail and accuracy, customer service orientation with professional judgment, Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance, Aptitude for learning new systems and adapting in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do.

Evaluate and manage credit risk for new and existing customers

Perform detailed financial analysis

Apply company credit policies

Manage and monitor a portfolio of accounts

Proactively identify changes in financial condition

Recommend changes to risk ratings and credit limits

Review payment trends

and customer structures

Prepare journal entries

Respond to credit-related inquiries

Draft internal documents such as Non-Disclosure Agreements and Letters of Guarantee

Escalate higher-risk or more complex credit matters to senior analysts

Perform additional projects and duties as assigned

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with branch offices and internal stakeholders; Communicate credit decisions, risk concerns, and financial requirements clearly and professionally to branch offices and internal partners; Respond to credit-related inquiries from branch locations; Escalate higher-risk or more complex credit matters to senior analysts
