Provide phone coverage
Monitor account portfolio
Reconcile payment process
Research account variances
Resolve billing issues
Resolve misapplied payments
Validate promotional activities
Process reclamation requests
Update SAP with payment status
Prepare weekly reports
Monitor customer order activities
Monitor accounts receivable
Monitor payment history
Ensure adherence to credit terms
Record retention for audits
Maintain confidentiality
Use utmost discretion
