What You'll Do.
Collect funds owed by customers
Account for funds accurately
Maintain customer accounts
Provide phone coverage
Monitor accounts portfolio
Conduct daily calls to past due customers
Reconcile payment process payments
Research account variances
Resolve billing issues
Resolve misapplied payment issues
Validate promotional activities
Process reclamation requests
Update SAP with payment status
Prepare weekly account status reports
Monitor customer order activities
Monitor accounts receivable
Monitor payment history
Identify credit risks
Ensure adherence to credit terms
Escalate credit risk issues
Determine next plan of action
Maintain record retention
Support audit controls
Collaborate with Finance teams
Collaborate with Sales teams
