Must Have
3–6 years of experience in leveraged finance, restructuring experience, private credit experience, corporate credit analysis experience, financial statement analysis skills, experience reviewing balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, borrower financial health indicators, distressed company analysis familiarity, liquidity risk assessment familiarity, restructuring implications familiarity, covenant risk evaluation familiarity, credit deterioration signals familiarity, comfort working alongside AI-assisted analysis systems, validating machine-generated outputs, identifying inconsistencies, improving analytical reliability, synthesize large volumes of financial and legal information, excellent analytical reasoning capability, written communication skills, operate independently with minimal oversight
Nice to Have
