What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 3 years credit or finance experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel). Possess excellent interpersonal skills and sound business judgment. Analytical skills with the ability to reconcile accounts. Able to handle multiple open files and prioritize work. Thorough understanding and interpretation of credit bureau reporting. Ability to learn and operate the applicable software system used to process orders. Must be legally able to work in Canada.
Nice to Have
College and/or University degree – preferably in a finance, accounting or business-related field of study. Previous experience with or knowledge of credit and collections. Knowledge of the construction industry. Experience using Infor/M3, Excel. Acquired or working towards or interested in the Certified Credit Professional designation.
