Must Have
High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor’s degree or college coursework in Health Administration, Business, or a related field, Exceptional accuracy in data entry and document verification, verbal and written communication skills, Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize tasks
Nice to Have
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical billing, credentialing, provider enrollment, or medical office administration, Proficiency with provider enrollment platforms (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Payers), knowledge of medical credentialing policies, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards, Ability to speak professionally with clinicians and insurance representatives, Ability to work independently
What You'll Do.

Manage provider profiles in industry databases
Monitor expiration dates for licenses and certifications
Issue renewal notifications to staff
Act as primary contact for verification requests
Stay current on state
and payer regulations
Assist in developing and revising SOPs
Ensure continuous compliance for audits
