Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years healthcare credentialing experience, 3+ years high-volume healthcare operations experience, 2+ years Executive Assistant experience, 2+ years owning program/process in ambiguous environment, 2+ years handling highly sensitive information, Technical proficiency with Google Workspace, Technical proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Technical proficiency with Excel, Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, Experience navigating multiple external portals

As a Credentialing Specialist, you'll guide new practitioners through onboarding, help them navigate intricate regulatory requirements, and build processes that eliminate friction and waste. You'll serve as the remote primary Credentialing Specialist to support 3-4 Southeast markets, ensuring new practitioners are in-network with insurance payors and compliant with state and federal regulations from day one—and throughout their entire tenure.
