About the Role At Rula, we’re on a mission to make mental health care more accessible by streamlining the path for Providers to begin seeing patients as quickly and efficiently as possible. As a Credentialing & Enrollment Associate, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and scaling the systems that support our rapid growth. In this role, you will contribute directly to improving the Provider experience by ensuring timely and accurate credentialing and enrollment. Whether you’re scoping enrollment requirements for new payer implementations, submitting applications, or guiding Providers through each step of the process, your work will have a meaningful, tangible impact. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support new payer launches and share operational insights. Additionally, you’ll help educate and support our credentialing and enrollment associates as new processes and payers are introduced.
