What You'll Do.
Manage Salesforce cases
Resolve Tier 1 Salesforce cases
Address provider inquiries
Address document requests
Monitor renewal of expirables
Ensure providers remain in good standing
Support Primary Source Verification process
Maintain accurate provider profiles
Track departmental statistics
Record departmental statistics
Facilitate information flow between departments
Resolve administrative issues
Prepare basic reports
Coordinate basic reports
Adhere to documented processes
Handle practitioner information with strict confidentiality
