Must Have
1-3 years of relevant administrative support experience, ideally within a healthcare setting or a regulated environment, A foundational understanding of data entry, documentation, and administrative workflows is highly valued, Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment, contributing to collective success, Capable of managing tasks independently with minimal supervision, A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to managing documentation and data, Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in healthcare credentialing standards and compliance, Attention to detail and a systematic approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues in data and documentation, A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improving administrative workflows and data management practices, Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders (licensing boards, payers, providers), Organizational and time management skills, Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment, Proficient in Google Suite, Slack, CRM/support software, Comfortable learning new EHR/credentialing management tools, Passion for Finni’s mission to democratize autism care and empower providers through efficient administrative and credentialing processes, Comfortable thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, Embracing change, and navigating ambiguity with a proactive mindset

What You'll Do.
Provide comprehensive support for all aspects of the credentialing and re-credentialing process for Finni Health providers
conduct primary source verification
and maintain the credentialing database with accuracy and attention to detail
Ensure adherence to all relevant federal
and local regulations and accreditation standards
Serve as a key point of contact for providers and external entities (licensing boards
etc.) for credentialing-related inquiries and processes
Assist with the provider privileging process by preparing necessary documentation
Facilitate the credentialing components of new provider onboarding to ensure a smooth transition
Support the generation of credentialing reports
Proactively identify and help resolve credentialing issues
Contribute to the improvement of credentialing processes and workflows

What You Will Be Doing: - Comprehensive Credentialing Support: Provide comprehensive support for all aspects of the credentialing and re-credentialing process for Finni Health providers. This includes managing applications, conducting primary source verification, and maintaining the credentialing database with accuracy and attention to detail. - Regulatory Compliance and Liaison: Ensure adherence to all relevant federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.
