1-3 years of relevant administrative support experience, foundational understanding of data entry, foundational understanding of documentation, foundational understanding of administrative workflows, work effectively within a team environment, manage tasks independently with minimal supervision, keen eye for detail, methodical approach to managing documentation and data, eagerness to learn and develop expertise in healthcare credentialing standards and compliance, systematic approach to identifying and resolving discrepancies or issues in data and documentation, proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improving administrative workflows and data management practices, clear and effective written and verbal communication skills, collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment, comfortable learning new EHR/credentialing management tools, comfortable thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, embracing change, navigating ambiguity with a proactive mindset

What You'll Do.

Provide comprehensive support for credentialing and re-credentialing process

Conduct primary source verification

Maintain credentialing database

Ensure adherence to regulations and accreditation standards

Serve as point of contact for credentialing inquiries

Assist with provider privileging process

Prepare necessary documentation

Facilitate credentialing components of new provider onboarding

Support generation of credentialing reports

Identify and help resolve credentialing issues

Contribute to improvement of credentialing processes

Adapt responsibilities to meet evolving needs
