Role Summary: GHX India is in search of a reliable, highly driven, and detail-oriented candidate. The Credentialing Analyst will take on the essential task of analyzing and processing healthcare documents from vendor representatives, facilitating smooth and efficient registration. Responsibilities: Reports directly to the Manager/Supervisor of Product Operations, providing updates on workflow and quality metrics. Ensure maintenance of high-quality standards, achieving and exceeding the required quality score while processing documents. Demonstrate the ability to efficiently process a higher volume of documents per hour in line with departmental goals. Manage document turnaround times effectively, consistently meeting or improving upon established benchmarks. Navigate and process multiple document queues concurrently, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and complexity. Exhibit advanced multitasking skills while balancing various roles and responsibilities within the team. Analyze processing workflows and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality. - Provide training and support to junior team members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment. Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management, adapting to changing operational needs.
