Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education, 5 years of healthcare, legal, or business experience, Knowledge of Medical Staff regulations, department specific privilege delineation, understanding of accreditation and regulatory standards, Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or Certified Professional in Medical Services Management (CPMSM) Required upon hire, Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, Effective written and verbal communication with clinical leadership

If you’re looking for a job to love, apply today.** **Scheduled Weekly Hours:** 40 Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a detail‑oriented Credentialing Analyst to support and manage medical and associate staff privileging criteria across the organization. This role plays a vital part in ensuring provider qualifications, privileges, and regulatory compliance align with organizational standards, accreditation requirements, and patient safety priorities. Key Responsibilities Include: * Review, evaluate, and maintain privilege criteria for medical and associate staff in collaboration with clinical leaders and Medical Staff leadership. * Analyze provider privilege requests to ensure alignment with approved criteria, training, experience, and competency requirements. * Support the development, revision, and standardization of privilege delineation forms and criteria across specialties. * Ensure privileging processes comply with regulatory, accrediting, and organizational standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS, state regulations). * Respond to inquiries from providers and medical staff leadership regarding privilege criteria and requirements. * Monitor and document regulatory changes that may impact privileging standards and recommend updates as appropriate. * Maintain accurate documentation and audit‑ready records related to privilege criteria and approvals. * Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, consistency, and transparency in privileging workflows. **What 's Available:** * Full time, 1.0 FTE * Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm * Located at our Front Street Office in La Crosse, WI; Hybrid eligible but will need to be willing to work onsite as needed * Starting pay of $52,500 and up, based on your years of experience. **What You 'll Need: ** * Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education * 5 years of healthcar
