Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken), computer literacy and comfort with online portals, databases, and document workflows (high accuracy required), Exceptional attention to detail and a consistent approach to process-driven work, Professional, confident communication style with medical staff and providers, Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage priorities without constant oversight, Full-time availability during U. S. Pacific Time hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST, High reliability and long-term commitment

Nice to Have

Prior medical credentialing experience or healthcare administrative background, Experience working with U. S. healthcare providers, payer systems, hospitals, or clinics, Familiarity with EMR platforms and/or healthcare documentation standards, Bachelor’s degree or related higher education

What You'll Do.

Own provider credentialing and re-credentialing workflows

Maintain current provider records

and submit credentialing applications

Proactively follow up with insurance companies

Communicate professionally with doctors

Track credentialing status in online systems

Perform high-accuracy administrative support

Protect confidentiality at all times
