What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate’s degree in business, Adult Education, Clinical or IT Related Field, 2 years experience in adult education, clinical informatics or healthcare required, Epic Credentialed Trainer Certification required within 6 months of hire
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Adult Education, IT or Related Field Preferred, Previous Epic experience in IT or as an end user preferred
What You'll Do.
Provide onsite provider personalization after EPIC U classes
Ongoing provider support for epic specific personalization
Adding and updating technical application such as MFA's and IT technology
Providing drop in services for all Floyd Teammates
Facilitate electronic health record (EHR) and clinical application training
Conduct testing of lesson plans in the training environment
Conduct review of training documents for quality
relevancy and accuracy
Identify opportunities to improve lesson plans
Conduct 1: 1 personalization session with clinicians
Gather feedback on all training delivered
Facilitate follow-up and ongoing training
Assist in the review of all education documents for accuracy and relevance
