Must Have
Credentialed Teacher, Fluent in both English and Spanish, special education experience
Nice to Have
Extensive experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and intellectual disabilities, background in foundational literacy and foundational math instruction, Skilled in behavior management, sensory supports, and play-based learning strategies, Able to provide structured, engaging, and movement-based instruction for high-energy learners, Familiar with token boards, visual schedules, timers, and positive reinforcement systems, Patient, energetic, and able to maintain consistent routines and clear expectations, Experienced in teaching early reading, comprehension, and foundational math concepts using hands-on methods, Comfortable adapting instruction to support sensory and behavioral needs while maintaining engagement
