Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Creator Success Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our creators, managing onboarding, and driving expansion and retention efforts. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, proactive problem-solver who is already leveraging AI tools in their day-to-day work and is excited to bring that mindset to supporting creative talent at scale. Key Responsibilities Creator Training and Retention - Provide training and resources to ensure creators maximize their content's impact and monetization potential. - Be the creator's biggest advocate internally, collaborating with marketing, product, support, and beyond to ensure new creators receive the necessary tools and resources. Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key creators, understanding their needs and challenges. - Act as a trusted advisor to creators, providing guidance and creative strategy to help them achieve their goals and maximize revenue. - Gather feedback from creators to inform product development and improve the creator experience. Revenue Growth - Drive increase in the volume of creators leveraging our full suite of monetization tools, including subscription models, merch, and AI tech. - Develop revenue strategies to increase subscriber counts, platform sales, and earnings. - Identify, pitch, and negotiate new business opportunities and product solutions tailored to the needs of your creator portfolio.
