7+ years of experience in creator partnerships, talent management, influencer marketing, or a creator-facing role within the creator economy, Proven track record of managing creator relationships and executing campaigns or content deliverables end-to-end, creative instincts and hands-on builder mentality — comfort ideating content concepts alongside talent and learning new platform tools (AI tools, content creation software, or bot/character building a plus), Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple creators and deliverables simultaneously, Self-starter energy and genuine passion for creators, with deep understanding of what motivates them to invest in a new platform
