About the Role: The Creator Partner Manager owns the ongoing relationships and success of Cantina's signed creators on the platform. This is a hands-on, creator-facing role focused on everything a creator needs to thrive — building and refining their bots, ideating content and campaigns, executing deliverables, and being their day-to-day partner across the platform. The ideal candidate is a creative builder who loves working directly with talent, has strong instincts for what makes content resonate, and gets energy from helping creators succeed. What You’ll Do: - Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of signed creators, building deep trusted relationships across all things Cantina - Hands-on build and iterate on creator bots and characters alongside talent, translating their voice, IP, and audience into compelling on-platform experiences - Lead creative ideation on content, campaigns, and platform-native formats, and manage execution of partnership deliverables end-to-end - Provide ongoing platform support, training, and best-practice guidance, and track creator performance against partnership KPIs - Act as the internal advocate for creators — relaying feedback, feature requests, and market intelligence to product, content, and marketing teams What You’ll Bring: - 7+ years of experience in creator partnerships, talent management, influencer marketing, or a creator-facing role within the creator economy - Proven track record of managing creator relationships and executing campaig
