6+ years in media buying, influencer marketing, or partnerships, ideally within a B2B, developer, gaming, digital product, or technical audience, proven experience building content creator or influencer programs, You have a sharp eye for what resonates with technical audiences, You've worked with audiences who are skeptical of marketing by default, You understand that trust in developer communities is earned slowly and lost fast, You understand performance marketing, and how creator content connects to the media-buying landscape and acquisition metrics, You’re hands on with the creative work itself: you write briefs, build toolkits, and give creative direction, You've worked across functions before, You judge creator output by ICP reach and how deeply content lands, not by impression counts, You're comfortable building from scratch in a new environment
