Must Have

Proven experience (5+ years) working in production on Print and Digital media types, Bachelor's degree in computer science, Digital Media, Interaction Design, or a related field, Proven experience (5+ years) as a Creative Technologist or in a similar role within the advertising, marketing, or digital media industries, Proficiency in Adobe Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, Experience with emerging technologies and platforms such as AI, machine learning, IoT, etc., A self-starter mindset with a proven track record of taking initiative, Excellent problem-solving skills, understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in digital experiences, Exceptional communication and "translation" skills, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously

What You'll Do.

Collaborate closely with creative directors

and other team members to conceptualize and prototype advanced technology-driven advertising solutions

Proactively identify and bridge gaps between observing creative workflows to identify struggles they may not have voiced and educating them on existing technical solutions

Take initiative in identifying technical team constraints and translating them into actionable insights for the creative team to ensure seamless project delivery

Identify new technology trends and assess their applicability to our advertising objectives

Conduct research and development to explore new platforms

and tools that enhance our creative capabilities and deliver superior results for clients

Oversee the technical execution of projects

ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within deadlines and budgets

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technologists and technical teams

Your work will be instrumental in transforming creative visions into reality, driving engagement and brand loyalty for our clients. Beyond execution, you are a proactive problem-solver. You will actively seek out inefficiencies and friction points that creative or technical teams may not yet have identified, taking the initiative to propose and implement smart, technology-driven solutions that bridge communication gaps and streamline production. What is required: Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, strategists, and other team members to conceptualize and prototype advanced technology-driven advertising solutions.
