Solid experience in managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), Proficiency in data analysis tools (e. g. Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio or similar), Analytical ability to interpret large volumes of data, communication skills and the ability to manage expectations with partners and business, Experience in budget management and media, Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better. * Continuous monitoring of digital performance, assessing key metrics and KPIs across paid media channels (SEM, social media ads, video and display) to gauge the effectiveness of each campaign; * Working closely with internal teams to translate business objectives into robust digital strategies, defining audience segmentation, conversion goals and channel mix; * Making ongoing adjustments based on real-time data and accumulated insights, with a view to maximising the ROI and operational efficiency of campaigns; * Management and control of the digital marketing budget, ensuring the intelligent and agile allocation of resources across different channels and market opportunities; * Preparation of regular performance reports, translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for key stakeholders. ## Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in the IT area or equivalent; * Solid experience in
