Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better. * Continuous monitoring of digital performance, assessing key metrics and KPIs across paid media channels (SEM, social media ads, video and display) to gauge the effectiveness of each campaign; * Working closely with internal teams to translate business objectives into robust digital strategies, defining audience segmentation, conversion goals and channel mix; * Making ongoing adjustments based on real-time data and accumulated insights, with a view to maximising the ROI and operational efficiency of campaigns; * Management and control of the digital marketing budget, ensuring the intelligent and agile allocation of resources across different channels and market opportunities; * Preparation of regular performance reports, translating complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for key stakeholders. ## Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in the IT area or equivalent; * Solid experience in
