Let’s fuse creativity with technology together and build innovative solutions that actively change things for the better. * End-to-end management of communication channels (e-mail, SMS and push notifications); * Strategic alignment between the brand, creative agencies and business needs; * Set up and send campaigns directly on the Adobe and Sales Manago platforms; * Monitoring of KPIs (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates); * Preparation of regular performance reports using Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI; * Presentation of improvements based on the analysed data. ## Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience in CRM management or digital marketing; * Proficiency in CRM platforms (Adobe - Campaign/Experience and/orSales Manago); * Strong knowledge of email marketing, audience segmentation, and personalisation techniques; * Experience with data analysis, reporting tools (Excel, Power BI); * Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills * Fluency in English a
