What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience in graphic design or creative production, at least 3 years in a DTC or ecommerce environment, Proven experience creating Amazon PDPs, A+ content, and listing images, portfolio showcasing performance-driven creative (Meta ads, social content, ecommerce assets), Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Figma, Experience with paid social creative and direct-response marketing principles (hooks, CTR, conversion optimization), Ability to work as both a strategist and hands-on executor in a fast-paced environment, Experience directing or coordinating photo/video shoots (remote or in-person), communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
Motion graphics or animation skills, Experience in home goods, interior design, or lifestyle brands, Familiarity with Klaviyo, Replo, or similar tools, Experience managing freelance creative networks or building creative systems

**Job Title:** Creative Strategist / Senior Designer **Job Type:** Full-time / Remote **Work Hours:** PST **Job Overview:** We’re helping our client, a fast-growing direct-to-consumer home goods brand, find a Creative Strategist / Senior Designer to own and execute high-performing ecommerce creative across Amazon, Meta, and their DTC channels. This is a hands-on, production-focused role where you will develop and produce scroll-stopping creative that drives clicks, conversions, and revenue.
