What You'll Do.
Providing creative direction
and performance recommendations backed by data and experience to improve client campaign KPIs
Develop and optimize workflows and templates to eliminate manual repetitive effort
Acting as a subject-matter expert on all things creative to support our Sales team in winning
and retaining clients
Direct the use of Generative AI tools
acting as the 'human-in-the-loop' to audit and refine machine outputs for brand integrity
Managing the creative request lifecycle
from initial brief to final asset delivery
ensuring multiple projects are completed on time and on spec.
Collaborating with our dynamic Production Team to deliver innovative ad creatives that match client guidelines
