As Reddit’s in-house creative strategy team, KarmaLab partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and advertisers to develop campaigns, creative strategies, and storytelling that connect brands with Reddit communities. We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to support Reddit’s growing Pharma business. This person will help shape creative strategy for Pharma advertisers while navigating regulated environments and translating complex business challenges into culturally resonant Reddit ideas.
