As the Creative Strategist, you will lead the development of high-impact, performance-driven ad campaigns across a portfolio of social casino brands. You will be the central creative force—turning brand identity and marketing goals into standout short-form video concepts grounded in UGC, motion design, and influencer-led content. Key Responsibilities Creative Strategy & Ideation - Act as the primary creative driver for paid social and digital campaigns, developing original concepts rooted in UGC, motion design, and influencer marketing. - Build and own the strategic framework for using UGC-style content to drive user acquisition at scale. - Translate brand guidelines, market trends, and performance insights into clear, actionable creative briefs for internal teams and external creators. Content Development & Storyboarding - Create storyboards, scripts, and visual outlines that bring key messages and creative ideas to life for motion graphics, live-action shoots, and hybrid UGC formats. - Write compelling short-form copy—headlines, CTAs, hooks, and VO scripts—that enhance engagement and conversion. - Leverage generative AI tools and workflows to accelerate ideation, scriptwriting, and asset generation for rapidly scalin
