Behind every great campaign, video, and visual story is a well-oiled creative team — and we’re looking for a Creative Project Manager to keep that engine running smoothly. This role is the glue that holds our creative ecosystem together. You’ll oversee the entire workflow — from project intake and resourcing to delivery — ensuring every campaign, visual, and asset is completed on time, on budget, and on brand. Why This Role Matters - Keep our creative team organized, aligned, and operating at high efficiency - Ensure smooth collaboration across departments and stakeholders - Balance timelines, resources, and priorities to deliver high-quality creative at speed - Build the foundation that enables bold, high-impact creative work to shine What You Will Do i) Project & Workflow Management - Manage creative project intake, ensuring requests are clearly briefed, prioritized, and aligned with business needs - Oversee the entire creative workflow — from kickoff to delivery — keeping all moving parts on track - Maintain visibility of timelines, resources, and dependencies to prevent bottlenecks and ensure deadlines are met ii) Resource & Asset Coordination - Allocate and manage resources across multiple creative projects - Ensure designers, videographers, and content creators have all required briefs, references, and materials before starting - Maintain organized creative asset libraries and ensure proper version control iii) Cross-Team Communication - Serve as the central liaison between creative, marketing, product, and leadership teams - Communicate project updates, timelines, and priorities clearly and consistently - Ensure alignment and transparency across all creative initiat
