We handle 5 million mobile ad requests per second from over 10 billion devices, driving performance for both publishers and brands. Role Overview The Creative Project Manager is responsible for planning, tracking, and delivering creative work across multiple stakeholders while ensuring timelines, quality, and team capacity are balanced. This role is central to how Creative Services functions day to day. It owns Jira workflows, delivery visibility, and operational discipline across Creative projects. This is not a coordinator role. This is a delivery owner role. Key Responsibilities Plan and monitor creative project timelines and delivery milestones. Own Jira workflow maintenance for Creative Projects. Act as the single source of truth for task status, ownership, and priorities. Coordinate cross-functionally with Creative, Revenue, Analyst and Product. Track KPIs, productivity, and delivery metrics. Manage resource allocation and bandwidth planning. Oversee pre-production checks and asset quality readiness. Identify delivery risks early and drive resolution. Provide clear reporting and visibility to leadership. Guide and support team members on process and prioritisation Must-Have Qualifications 5–8 years experience as a Creative Project Manager or equivalent role Strong background in project management and delivery tracking Proven ability to manage multiple creative workstreams simultaneously Advanced experience in cross-functional coordination with different Demonstrated strength in problem-solving and conflic
