Full Job Description
Our Opportunity GPJ is hiring a Creative Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is hybrid, requiring you to report on-site to one of the following office locations a minimum of 2 days/week: Los Angeles or San Francisco. Your Role You are responsible for managing communication between the creative team you support and internal partners, including account management, production, finance, and strategy. Prioritizing organization, you advocate for the creative team, enabling them to concentrate on their work by removing any obstacles that may arise. You assist with timeline creation and management when necessary, which involves following up with team members as deadlines approach and adjusting timing when needed, as well as communicating any creative milestone or deadline changes to the team. You are in charge of trafficking creative projects from the initial request through to completion. Working closely with creative resourcing and Creative Directors, you ensure that the programs you support are appropriately staffed. You manage tools to keep the creative team organized, such as project dashboards and status documents, and when these tools don't exist, you collaborate with creative leads and the Creative Resource Manager to establish and introduce them to the team. You help coordinate and attend all internal briefings and reviews, capturing all notes and next steps for the creative team. Supporting the creative team, you track down assets and files when needed and follow up with other departments when the team is waiting on information. You set up creative folders and Slack channels for all programs you support, and once established, you ensure all files are being saved appropriately and monitor the Slack channel. Finally, you flag process issues to Creative Operations and collaborate with them to find solutions for a smoother creative process moving forward.
