Role Overview As a Creative Producer, you’ll be responsible for taking a concept from ground zero to launch. This involves every process from generating ideas to the final stages of production. For that, you’ll be sourcing and collaborating with production partners and artists who can bring the creative concepts to reality. This role requires cooperating with both internal and external teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end production of various creative formats, including static images, videos, UGC, and playable ads, ensuring all meet high-quality standards. Manage the full creative process from concept creation through to testing, providing guidance and feedback to maintain quality throughout. Be accountable for creative performance and results. Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on trends and best practices for high-performing videos across various channels. Take initiative in proposing and leading experiments, supporting your ideas with research and insights. Provide a portfolio showcasing relevant work and creative projects.
