Portfolio showcasing relevant work (especially campaign and art direction projects)

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years experience in creative production, content production, or campaign production, Experience producing photo and video shoots for brands, e-commerce, or lifestyle content, project management and organisational skills, Experience working from and contributing to image briefs and creative planning documents, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

Experience in food, lifestyle, homeware, or retail brands, Understanding of e-commerce content production workflows, Familiarity with creative production tools and project management platforms, Knowledge of social media content formats and trends

What You'll Do.

Lead end-to-end production of creative content

Work on and refine image briefs

Translate campaign briefs into production plans

Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers

Manage shoot production schedules

Organise and produce studio and location shoots

Take ownership of running shoot timings

Work closely with design

Support creative concept development

Manage production budgets

Maintain production documentation

Oversee post-production processes

Ensure final assets are delivered in correct formats

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with design, social, e-commerce, and marketing teams; Be an active contributor within a busy creative team; collaborating across multiple projects simultaneously

Communication Scope

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Process & Methodology

Translate campaign briefs into clear production plans, timelines, and deliverables, Manage shoot production schedules, Take ownership of running shoot timings, Manage production budgets and negotiate with freelancers, agencies, and suppliers, Track timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget, Maintain production documentation including call sheets, schedules, and asset lists
