What You'll Achieve.

deliver against an aggressive Q2-Q4 calendar of customer films, founder essays, the marquee industry conference, and a Q4 product launch; delivering 90-second hero cuts, 4-minute long versions, social-native verticals, and downloadable assets in service of sales and marketing pipeline; anchor the founder communications program; amplify the brand at scale; in service of Avoca's growth plan; usable across web, sales, recruiting, press, and events

traveling 6-10 times per year to operator locations and industry events, In-office, engaged, and eager to lead from the front at our NYC location full-time

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5-8+ years of progressive experience in multi-disciplinary creative production within B2B brand, documentary, or commercial video, demonstrated portfolio across at least three of the four disciplines (video, cinematography, animation, podcast), cinematography fluency with the ability to operate mirrorless or cinema cameras (Sony FX series, Canon C-series, RED, ARRI), including lighting and on-set audio capture, Deep motion design expertise in Adobe After Effects, with the ability to produce brand-quality animations from scratch, Proven ability to direct non-actors, operators, customers, employees and pull a great moment from people who have never been on camera, audio production capability and SFX attention to detail, across podcast editing, sound design, and on-set audio capture in tools including Logic, Pro Tools, or Descript, Comfortable owning end-to-end production sprints, from pre-production through scheduling, on-site execution, post, and asset library management, running multiple shoots in parallel without dropping any

Nice to Have

Startup or agency-led B2B experience is highly preferred, Cinema 4D or Blender fluency is highly preferred

lead motion design and animation for the brand

produce post-event highlight content

develop a recruiting brand archive with a series of day-in-the-life videos

scope and stand up Avoca's owned podcast

designing the audio brand identity

and production produce

and direct episodes when launched

build and maintain a brand asset library of 200+ approved photography and video assets

Team & Collaboration

partner side-by-side with our Creative Director on every project; Partnering closely with our Director of Brand, Creative Director, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Events; Deeply collaborative, with a natural instinct for partnering with the Creative Director, Director of Brand, Product Marketing, and the broader Marketing team
