WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS - You will define creative strategies that shape how millions discover and trust BJAK. - Your work directly influences acquisition, retention, and brand perception. - You will drive multi-market, multi-channel initiatives with real business impact. - You will bring clarity and direction to a fast-moving marketing team. WHAT YOU’LL DO CREATIVE & STRATEGIC PLANNING - Develop creative marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and conversion. - Translate insights and trends into clear campaign concepts and creative angles. - Use storytelling to enhance messaging across channels. CAMPAIGN EXECUTION - Plan and execute integrated campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, CRM, and more. - Collaborate with creative teams to produce strong content: scripts, visuals, landing pages, and social assets. - Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints. PERFORMANCE & INSIGHTS - Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights (CTR, conversions, CAC, ROAS, retention). - Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities. - Present learnings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and confidently.
