Full Job Description
Location: Herzliya Scope: Full Time - Employed Model: Hybrid This role leads the development and execution of creative work across brand, design, and marketing. It ensures that all output is consistent, high-quality, and effective across channels. Combining hands-on creative work with strategic oversight, you’ll lead the brand’s visual identity and voice, and guiding how it is presented across all mediums. A perfect opportunity on your road to CMO. Responsibilities: * Own the end-to-end creative process, translating positioning and messaging into effective assets that support marketing, product, and growth * Ensure creative work stays aligned with business goals while adapting to different audiences and formats * Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed with clear and consistent direction across stakeholders * Lead the creation of multi-format assets (design, motion, video, social, influencer, events), maintaining high quality and consistency * Collaborate with content, growth, and product teams to deliver aligned, full-funnel campaigns * Manage freelancers and vendors, providing clear briefs, direction, and quality control ## Requirements Qualifications: * 4+ years of experience in creative, brand, or marketing roles, with a solid understanding of how creative teams drive performance and growth * Strong use of AI tools as part of the creative process to improve speed, quality, and scalability * Experience guiding and overseeing the work of external partners, ensuring alignment with expectations and standards * Fluent English
