Must Have

Experience working in a creative environment, Creative experience within a multi-disciplinary team, communication skills, both written and verbal, previous experience of pitching to clients both face to face and virtually, Exposure to working with global or cross‑cultural teams, A commercial acumen, previous experience in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, understand commercial impact and growth, A work‑winning mindset, organisational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, A proactive, positive, and collaborative approach, Excellent attention to detail, willingness to learn from others, Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities, Willingness to travel frequently to UK offices, with occasional international travel

Work collaboratively to deliver communications; Connect services with internal and external clients; Transform ideas into compelling stories and visuals; Guide resourcing of project delivery teams; Work with teams and clients across the organisation; Connect ideas, workflows, and teams across global locations; Support the Global Growth Lead; Work with the team to translate ideas; Act as a connector between Growth and Delivery teams; Build and maintain relationships with internal teams; Align growth activities with organisational goals; Spot opportunities across workflows and global teams
