CREATIVE GEN AI SPECIALIST Salary range: €90,000-120,000/annum As our Creative Gen AI Specialist, you are the engine behind our creative efficiency. You won't just be using tools, you will be building the systems that define the future of our visual output. Your mission is to outperform traditional workflows by leveraging cutting edge AI to create high impact assets at scale. What You'll Do 🎯 - Architect Automated Pipelines: Build and manage sophisticated, node-based automation workflows and AI agents to move from prompt to production with minimal manual friction. - Scale Creative Production: Produce high performance video ads and social assets by integrating AI generated characters, motion, and voice synthesis. - Model Fine-Tuning: Train and apply LoRAs and fine-tune models to ensure absolute brand, product, and character consistency across all media. - Technical Integration: Work with technical leads to integrate AI models via APIs and custom scripts into our internal Digital Asset Management (DAM) and UGC tools. - Performance-Driven Iteration: Deploy AI agents to handle rapid localization and asset optimization, testing thousand
