What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 8 years of experience in creative direction within a digital agency, production company, or in-house creative studio, At least 5 years of direct experience working with GCC clients, Deep understanding of Gulf market culture, consumer sensibilities, and brand expectations, Proven track record of leading and winning new business pitches, from brief to final presentation, Demonstrated experience managing, mentoring, and developing multidisciplinary creative teams (art direction, copywriting, graphic and motion design), Portfolio showcasing integrated campaign work across digital, social, brand, and production disciplines, Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory, Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate and defend creative decisions with clarity and confidence, Proficiency in leading creative tools, Familiarity with emerging AI-powered creative technologies
Nice to Have
Experience working with major brands in specific key sectors such as FMCG, financial services, or government, Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Visual Arts, or a related discipline
