About the role We're looking for a Creative Director who will own the quality bar for everything that leaves DevRev's Creative Studio – brand, campaigns, digital, events, toolkits, presentations. You'll be the craft authority the team calibrates against. This isn't a role where you'll build strategy decks about creativity. You'll be hands-on with the work – setting the visual standard, art-directing campaigns, shaping brand executions – while building the processes and team capability that ensure consistently excellent output without you reviewing every pixel. You'll report to our Head of Creative and lead a team of designers across brand, digital, and campaign work. The role is based in London. What you'll do Set the craft bar You'll be the creative quality gate. Your eye, your taste, and your feedback will raise the standard of everything we produce. But raising the bar means raising the team, not redoing their work. You'll coach designers to see what you see: why a layout isn't working, what a typeface choice is communicating, where a composition loses its power.
