The Role The Creative Director role is critical to scaling Skillz’s brand and performance growth by owning creative strategy, execution, and operational excellence end-to-end. It ensures brand consistency, accelerates performance outcomes on the Competition platform, and drives efficiency across people, process, and spend. Without this role, creative execution becomes fragmented, slower, and less effective - directly impacting growth, customer experience, and ROI. Responsibilities Define and lead the creative vision across performance, lifecycle, and brand, ensuring consistency, quality, and measurable impact on growth and engagement. Oversee end-to-end creative production for brand and Competition platform initiatives, embedding scalable processes, quality standards, and speed.
