Location: Home-based/Remote Industry: Automotive – Vehicle Service Technology ROLE OVERVIEW: The Creative Director role blends creative strategy with instructional design expertise. This role is responsible for shaping the organization’s learning and development vision, designing engaging training programs, and leading a team to deliver high-impact learning solutions that align with business goals. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Strategic Leadership: Develop and champion the enterprise Learning & Development (L&D) strategy, ensuring it supports organizational objectives and talent development. · Program Design & Delivery: Use instructional design methodologies to create formal, informal, social, mobile, video, and assessment-based training programs. · Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine training priorities, evaluate off-the-shelf solutions, and select vendors that best meet business needs. · Learning Transfer: Design programs with pre-, during-, and post-learning activities to maximize knowledge retention and application. · Curriculum Development: Build and maintain a professional area of practice with capabilities, tools, methodologies, and curricula. · Collaboration: Partner with L&D colleagues, marketing, other business units, subject matter experts, and Client stakeholders to align training with business strategies. · Benchmarking &
