What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proven experience of at least 10 years in an advertising agency, Experience dealing with 360 communications campaigns, Experience in the Creative Director role for at least 3/4 years, Knowledge of each step of an advertising campaign's process to give creatives direction, work on schedule and meet client's expectations, Excellent leadership skills, The ability to lead and inspire a team of creative professionals, Must have excellent problem-solving skills and love creative and technical challenges, Excellent attention to detail, Effective organisational abilities, Perfect oral and written communication skills Spanish and English, A understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts

Automobile marketing experience is a plus
What You'll Do.
Adapt concepts in a relevant way for the market
Supervise the adaptation of all the campaign thru the lens of the local cultural context and taking in consideration the Brand objectives
Pitch and negotiate proposals keeping in line with the needs of both the agency and the client
Lead multiple projects end to end in accordance with deadlines
adjust the content of the projects before completion
Management of the creative team
Identify strengths & weaknesses to improve their creativity
Supervise all briefs for the department to allocate task and responsibilities to each creative team
Give constant updated feedback to Management on the development of each creative team and the workflow / needs of the department
Ensure the correct implementation of the timings for each project
Give constructive ideas and solutions to strategy briefs if needed
Awareness of the client´s results and the agency’s performance
Proactively suggest improvements based on the needs of the department
Give full support to the Executive Creative Director

Team & Collaboration
Manage the creative teams (copywriters and art directors); Guide his team to create excellent work focusing both on the clients and the agency’s needs; Lead and inspire a team of creative professionals; Give constant updated feedback to Management on the development of each creative team and the workflow / needs of the department; Give full support to the Executive Creative Director

As the creative lead for the Spanish Market he/she is responsible for the 360 adaptation of assets to be delivered to media. He/she will manage the creative teams (copywriters and art directors) that are responsible for the different advertising campaigns and projects. He/she will guide his team to create excellent work focusing both on the clients and the agency’s needs.
