What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of experience in brand design, at least 3 years of creative leadership experience with B2B brands, Expert-level proficiency in traditional, video and evolving digital design tools, Experience with Python and familiarity with React. Knowledge of PostgreSQL required., Strong Java background, experience with Spring Boot, familiarity with Kafka and Redis.
Nice to Have
experience with SaaS brands a plus, Kubernetes a plus
What You'll Do.
Develop and implement a comprehensive brand design strategy
Lead the evolution of Benevity’s visual identity system
Lead day to day execution and output of creative team
Brainstorming for major marketing programs
Develop a creative base for “big Ideas”
design and produce high-quality creative assets
Own the creative team's intake process
project prioritization
and capacity planning
Build and maintain systems that give the team clarity on priorities
Sales and People teams
Work with and influence stakeholders at all levels
Partner with the Digital Marketing team to deliver a high-performing
on-brand web experience
Provide creative direction and mentorship to the design team
Oversee budget and external creative agencies and vendors
Evolve and maintain our brand design system and guidelines
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales and People teams; Work with and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives; Partner with the Digital Marketing team; Provide creative direction and mentorship to the design team; Oversee budget and external creative agencies and vendors
Communication Scope
Excellent verbal and visual storytelling skills; ability to articulate design decisions and their impact on business goals; interpersonal and listening skills; ability to negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts among stakeholders; understand not just what people say, but the business intent behind their requests and can translate that to your team
