Must Have
4+ years as a creative or brand designer, ideally for a consumer brand or in a top creative agency, A portfolio that shows typographic, layout and conceptual thinking — not just template execution, Experience designing for performance / growth marketing, Confident across paid social, performance marketing, campaigns, social, Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency at scale, Comfortable working from briefs and turning rough ideas into shippable concepts, Demonstrable use of AI tools in your design workflow
Nice to Have
Motion and video skills (After Effects, Figma motion, modern AI motion tools), Experience contributing to a rebrand or new brand launch, Familiarity with creative testing frameworks
