8+ years experience in creative/design operations, Deep proficiency with Asana and Jira, Proven experience across Creative Ops and DesignOps, Deep understanding of UX/product design and creative workflows, Demonstrated experience using AI and automation, Adaptable communication skills, Human-centered approach to problem-solving, Experience managing vendor relationships

Agile or scrum certification is a plus
