What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4–6 years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership, portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and cross-channel campaigns, Deep understanding of branding, design systems, and digital content strategy, Proven experience leading creative teams and elevating creative standards, project management and stakeholder communication skills, Experience building or localising brands specifically for the UK market
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands
