We’re looking for a Creative & Design Intern to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. **Your Role** As a Creative & Design Intern your role will involve * Support management of global social and paid media channels, including community management and publishing. * Provide updates on the latest social and paid media trends, tools, and best practices * Respond to consumer or customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints and coordinate responses with cross-functional teams * Basic video and image editing (ideally with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier and Adobe Express). * Support in administration of social media, social listening and paid media tools * Conduct audits of global/local social and paid media accounts to assess performance and brand compliance. * Support in monitoring, analysing and reporting of social and paid media metrics **Your Profile** You will have: **Education** Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. **Work Experience** Practical experience in graphic design or art direction is a plus. A portfolio of recent work is required — personal projects, academic work, and professional experience are all welcome. **Skills & Knowledge** * Strong sense for aesthetics, layout, typography, and color, with consistent application across print and digital formats. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint. Figma, Premiere, and After Effects are a plus. * Solid understanding of brand communication, visual storytelling, and the ability to work fluently within brand guidelines. * First practical experience with digital content assets and print layouts is preferred. * Experience with motion design or video editing is a plus. * Proactive,
