What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Native level of proficiency in oral and written English and Spanish, At least 4 years of experience in creative roles such as copywriter, creative director, or similar positions, interpersonal, oral, and written communication and presentation skills, Ability to generate innovative and fresh ideas aligned with client objectives and overall campaign strategies, A proactive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, Ability to adapt quickly to the fast-paced environment of a digital agency, aesthetic sense and ability to provide clear feedback on visual and textual elements, You are based in or able to relocate to Madrid, Spain
